From the depths of broken hard drives and unlabeled CDRs, The Silver Surface was an album that was sitting on the shelf for a couple of years. It was recorded over a few weekends in the winter of 2006. The topics of robot domination and human reprogramming are covered with the help of synthesizers and guitars. Those familiar with Slushco's 06' release Clouds, will certainly find The Silver Surface a treat with the help of the experimental opening track "Sad Songs and Lonely Places", to the critics toe tapping favorite, "Astronaut".
